pop-up sales conditions not centered

Hello,
I encounter a layout problem that I can not solve.

and click on Veuillez lire et accepter les Conditions Générales de Vente, s'il vous plaît.

When you click you will see the problem. It is not centered but goes on the right. Where can I change that ?

Please check if it behaves same on default Beeze template.

Sorry I re-edited my message (1 minute after posting) to write that I tried with beez 5 and that it works perfectly with this template and that it seems to be a bug in gavick storebox template. (Editing the post did not work, from what I see.) I am using version 3.14 though.
Do you think version 3.15 corrects it ? or where can we find the changes made in versions.

Please update the template in first place as not all changes submitted in the code are always submitted as a public info. If that will not help, please let me know.
