Hi,
1) Wrong server settings
2) or Old PHP version
By the way, why dont you install QS with Joomla 3.x
J2.5 is not supported by Joomla team anymore.

I saw that you're using localhost .... read more about XAMPP settings on offical Joomla forum.
Because you have error on DEFAULT Joomla installer not in GK products anyway.
