Your host needs to use PHP 5.3.10 or higher

I am trying to launch StoreBox Joomla 3.0 but I get an error message, Your host needs to use PHP 5.3.10 or higher... this is displayed on the home page. Normally the setup page shows up however, now, it shows, Your host needs to use PHP 5.3.10 or higher....

I currently have PHP 5.3.3...

any suggestions?

This is general Joomla error and has nothing to do with our templates, and we can't do anything about that. Contact your hosting company support.

that is an interesting comment... to check with my host company. Can you tell me what I would need to say to them? I have already asked them about it and they replied I am using PHP 5.3.3

What do I need to ask them or what should I say to them?

I have used these templates MANY times and this is the only one that has given me this error...

This is common?

But have you used our templates many times on same hosting server? Do you still use them and is this the only one that throws the error (on same server)?
