StoreBox WordPress quickstart theme On Bluehost

Hello, I recently get one of your themes (StoreBox) and I want to use the quickstart install because Im in a hurry, the problem is I cant modify almost anything like background for example, in constumize are a few options to change.

Help me with this.

Hi,

Most elements in the StoreBox theme are based on widgets, please check your Appearance -> Widgets section.

Now can you help me with my background image, I have change it but does not fit the screen. What parameters I have to change?
