hi! can´t close product image windos storebox

Dear Gavickpro:

I installed storebox, everything is fine but when I open the pop up imagen It don´t load, I try with fancybox virtuemart and other configurations in virtuemart but still don´t close.

here is the example, I can´t close the popup in opn imgen. please check .

Hi

Can You please tell me if problem is connected with some specific browser or extra plugins used with joomla/browser? Everything works when I check it.
