StoreFront Quickstart does not install

I downloaded the template Storefront QuickStart and uploaded all the maps via FTP to my public. but when I install it and finished all the steps ( to 7 ) then he keeps loading and nothing happens anymore. what is the problem of this? I have tried it in multiple domains of mine but it works by none of them the quick start pakkage.
