Cartcounter doesn't work

My cartcounter in the top right corner doesn't work. It should be display how many items and sales price, but now only it keeps displaying 'Loading...'.

I don'use any optimizer or compress extensions.

Any idea how I can fix this?

Could you provide an URL to your website? Do you have some security extensions like admin tools?

If you have Admin Tools, please read this article: https://www.akeebabackup.com/documentat ... ewall.html in the section starting with "WAF: Visual Fingerprinting Protection" - there is an option called "List of allowed tmpl= keywords", please add there "cart" and "json" - it should solve your issue.

I just updated my website and the gkCartCounter again doesn't work anymore. The solution before, editing the allowed tmpl keywords didn't do the trick anymore. (also posted that in another topic)
Question is: how can I make that gkCartCounter back to work?
