Problem with cart update

Hi

The cart on the upper right corner is not working as expected. If I add an item to the cart, it does still show 0 items. Any idea what could be the problem? See http://nadelwerkstatt.ch or http://nadelwerkstatt.ch/kidsshop/acces ... tails.html and try to add the item.

I think it used to work fine before I've started to enable all the SEO features in joomla and virtuemart to produce search engine friendly URLs. Could that be a problem ? How to resolve this?

Meanwhile I've deactivated all the SEO features (Joomla Core + Virtuemart) but the issue remains... could it be related to the latest Joomla Upgrade (3.4.1) ?

When checking for the latest Gavick Template (StoreFront) it only shows "Loading update data from GavickPro Update service..."

According to FireBug:

Maybe the StreFront Template is not compliant with latest VirtueMart 3.0.6.4 ? With Joomla 3.4.1 the stable VirtueMart 3.0.6.2 is no longer working properly (buttons are not working), so an upgrade to 3.0.6.4 was required.

When will an update/fix be available?

Hi

I've just installed Storefront quickstart updated VM to latest version and everything works ok. Please look on my screens. I think it can be because of some 3rd party extention or a corrupted file during installation.

If you have updated to 3.4.1, edit one of the existing virtuemart products and try to save it. The virtuemart buttons are no longer working. This is a confirmed issues, see http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=128962.0

One solution to this problem was to install latest Virtuemart 3.0.6.4, see https://dev.virtuemart.net/projects/virtuemart/files

This latest Virtuemart solved the problem with the buttons... but the cart update isn't working anymore. So I guess that is a problem of the Template...

I have a 2nd quickstart installation on a different server and could reproduce the same problem. So I'm dead sure this is a problem related to latest Joomla/Virtuemart files and incompliant Template. I'm lost now as my shop is no longer working... :-(

I'm not saying that this problem isn't real, I was just not able to spot it. Look I'm checking it in Your website http://nadelwerkstatt.ch/kids-shop/geschenk-sets/cart and everything works ok. I need to see this error in action to be able to see what is happening and come up with a fix.
