No language show in module

In the under section on this website the language module doesn't load correctly.
I have done the following
- plugin languagecode enabled
- plugin languagefilter enabled
- module languageselection enabled (Bottom website.)

It looks like i have configured everything the right way

No language is displayed
On the top of the website a direct link to NL or EN does work.

This means languages are not configured correctly. In joomla panel in module manger switch to see "administrator" modules and enable multilangual module. Checked that already, the flags don't show up.
