Child Theme

What needs to be done to child theme TechNews?

I have followed the Codex, however the theme displays broken. Are there any specific files I need to reference and/or move into the Child Directory as well?

Did you import parent style.css file? What function exactly are you using?

Yes I in the child theme Enqueue'd the parent style. Not that is the issue.

Let me be more succinct, what needs to be done to child theme?

It's enough to import parent style.css file, could you please provide me with FTP and backend access to your website via PM (click the “Private Message” text underneath my avatar) so that I may analyze it?
