Editing the contact form to send mail

When we go to use the contact page to send an email, we presented with a 500 error page. Where do I access the wedgets or the settings for the contact form.

I have done that. The content is updated. I am going to P.M you the web site URL, access via administrator access.

The issue is with the content form itself, I have attempted to find the issue within the code but I do not see a problem with the code. I am assuming I am missing something but its like finding the needle in a haystack. The error we do receive is 500 internal error page, this was hosted on a development server, and the issue had exist already. We moved to Production a few days expected the issue to go away but does produce the same result.

Try to replace your TechNews/template.contact.php file with the file from the attachment (unzip first)
