K2 items - config image "hide" doesn't work

Hi
When I choose in a K2 item administration (modifying an active item)
in item view options / Image : Hide
it is still displayed on Frontend at the top of the page
only size of image works (Xsmall, small...)
any idea how to hide image in the element page ?
I don't want to use CSS because I need that for some K2 elements only not for all of them.

my k2 item.php is the old version. I think that's soleved on new version.
