Responsive Menu

My site navigation doesnt work correctly when going from desktop to responsive back to desktop. As you can see from the attached screen video that the drop down stops functioning. The website is [url]1031crowdfunding.com[/url]. When you go to the site and then shrink the browser window to display the mobile menu and then select a menu item to go to a new page, then resize the window again to be full screen the dropdown menu on the Education center does not open. I hope that makes sense. Thanks in advance for any help.
