Hi
I'm afraid I do not understand, can You please show me the problem on screenshot ?
When I'm looking at this template on mobile devices menu is being displayed as a list and all submenus are accessible. Please take a look at my screen. Do You see it differently ?

Hi,
The problems occurs on touch screen devices, when menu is still "wide looking" like on desktop (at least 1280 px wide).

Hi
We think problem is in definitions of tablet width in template settings. This determines when mobile device menu should be displayed.
Please send me an access to Your joomla panel so I'll try it.
PS: Can You tell me what device are You using ?

You find a screen shot attached for the template settings options.
Well, for example, it is not working on a 24" touch screen (1920 X 1080), where for example this HTML drop down works (menu "drop down" http://html5up.net/uploads/demos/helios ... debar.html).
Please find bellow of other devices where it is not working (those I could test) :
24" screen IIYAMA working on a Windows 8 computer
DELL Lattitude ST - OS Windows 8,
KOBO -OS Android-

Hi
In our templates there are 2 menus, one for desktop and other for mobile devices. In Your case problem is that the one for desktop is used. I'm gonna ask programmers again how to deal with that. Will let You know as soon as I know something.

Hi
Unfortunately programmers cannot help here other way than to set the width for tablet in template configuratio to 2560px. With this option a mobile menu will be displayed always (the one triggered with an icon). Problem is that such big touch screens are not common and we had no way to prepare for this. But I can assure it works on all popular mobile devices http://recordit.co/IsgRuiSVLH
