news show pro arrows left and right

we would love to have the arrows on news show pro like in this dummy screenshot:

Is this possible?
We are using News Show Pro with WordPress.

These News Show Pro section - where you can't create a thread is a Joomla version, not WordPress.
It's possible, but it requires plugin modifications which are unfortunately beyond our technical support.
