index.php doesn´t look correct

I need help. I´m a little desperate. I don´t know how to solve my problem:

I have created a site with this wonderful university template and I would like to use it only as a forum.

When I select my forum address: www.jenniferbeals.ch/index.php/forum/index everything looks fine, but when I
click on my homepage title "Jennifer Beals Fanzeitung" to go on my main page (jenniferbeals.ch/index.php)
the site looks very strang. I've searched the error but I didn´t found it.

Sorry for my bad english.

Is there anybody here who can help me?

p.s.: I work with joomla since 2010, so I have a little experience with joomla.

Im not sure if i understand. If university is used for a forum subelement than it means that HomePage is usinga a different template. Am I right? Please show me your site.
