Modules do not respond to set rules for displaying it

Modules do not respond to set rules for displaying it. if you include the module only on the desktop (onlydestop), it will still appear on the mobile and tablet version... How to fix that ?

On which module position the problem appears?

On headerbottom position...

Unfortunately this module position uses the "none" module chrome so it doesn't apply the module suffixes. The only solution is applying the suffix in the module output main container.
