Booking plugin add custom field

Hello,

is it possible to add custom fields in booking shortcode?

For example

[GK_Hotel_Reservation title="Book Now" fields="name,email,phone,notes" rooms_max="5" adult_max="3" children_max="2" subtitle="When would you like to stay villa?"]

There are only three fields available: name, email, and phone and it's not possible to add more fields without editing the plugin core files.
