same widget, same settings, different results

Hi:
I´m using 2 instances of the GK News Show Pro to display from 2 different categories content in 2 different pages in the site and even I have the same settings in both widgets i have different results as you can see in the attached files. How do I fix this?

Hi,
Do you have the same order in your Article layout tab within News Show Pro widget? The image should be first.
If that won't help, please send me a private message with backend access to your website, then i'll be able to check the issue.
