Some component or plugin on this page is loading an additional jQuery instance (what is senseless as every template is loading usually jQuery):

When you disable it, the menu and other scripts should works fine.

It is generated by one of your extensions - please check their configuration as Joomla doesn't load jQuery from the external CDNs.
