Widget rules problems on a main page

I am using a static homepage, like on the demo site.
In a sidebar widget area, visible at: No page except Homepage does not work in a widget rules! Work only Visible at: All pages!

How to display the widget on the home page only (sidebar widget area)?

If you are using static page as a frontpage, you should use this page slug/id with widget rules (instead of "homepage" widget rule)
