Adding a fixed bar in bottom

hi,
can we add a bar in the full bottom in which we can call modules like news tickle or some menu icons for popup.

Possible to implement, but I'm afraid this is considered as customisation and we do not support that I'm afraid. You would need to purchase VIP subscription for that.
