Writer template menu button wont work in Chrome

When I use Google Chrome browser on my PC with windows 10, the menu bar button doesn't seem to be working at all! When I use Mozilla, it work!

It doesn't even work in your demo for me!

Hi,
PC WIN 8.1 , Chrome v45.0.x - left and bottom menu works.

Mac, Chrome 45.0.2454.99 (64-bit) - all seems to be working fine as Oscar E have noticed.
