Layout broken when viewing in IE8, Wins XP

Could you pls help me solve this problem?

My website layout is working fine on firefox, however it is broken in IE 8, Wins XP.
I haven't tested in Windows vista or 7 yet.

Please have a look at the picture.

It has been fixed. I have updated News Show Pro 3.1 to 3.1.1
