search module position not showing

Hello

I'm having problem with search module position. When the template was installed, there was search, but now when I publish anything on that position, no response.
Had similiar problem on same template, but I fixed it with margins. Now, even that cant help

Logo is set too width and is pushing search below visible area. Please try with this code:

h1#gkLogo {
    width: 735px;
}


Damn, I forgot I changed logo with override.
