jomsocial 2.6.0 template for gamebox j1.5

just wondering when there will be updated files for the template in gamebox for the jomsocial 2.6.0 release on joomla 1.5

I got an answer:

We won't update Joomla! 1.5 templates, because Joomla! 1.5 will reach end of life at this month.

thanks for finding out tetbite - but alas, it does not assist those of us who have broken templates now due to the jomsocial upgrade... we wouldnt have upgrade yet if we knew that joomla 1.5 was not going to be supported.
no where on the gavick site that is accessable does it say that this was the case.

is it possible (with many begging please pretty pleases ) in the mix - to get the jomsocial templates for gamebox and the world news II for joomla 1.5

this will sort not only us but other gavick members out i am sure - these two templates are very popular...

also, its very hard at present to migrate sites to joomla 2.5 as alot of core components still do not have stable versions - so long time clients of gavick still using joomla 1.5 (against their own wants) are needing these fixes.

Hope you can help - especially with these two templates.... now i know that its not going to be supported, we wont do any upgrades until we can full migrate to joomla 2.5... til then - desperately seeking your assistance!

I will need some dummy user account to investigate it.
Also to work on this I will need an access to FTP. There is a lot of classes which are not present at all and needs to be added.

thanks for the current fixes... still having massive issues with GROUPS layout... as the "updates" thing is new... also the events pages are all over the place layout wise...

Like I've said this template for joomla 1.5 is not compatible with this version of joomsocial because we have dropped releasing it before this 2.6.0 version come out.

I'll help You even if it's not my duty in this case, but please be patience. I can work on it in my free time only.

thanks - i do appreciate it - especially as gavick NEVER announced that they were dropping joomla 1.5 prior to this version of jomsocial... but i do thankyou a million times over for your assistance.

I am happy to pay to get these fixes done quickly if that helps, as its really urgent as most of my site come up with these errors and its turning people away from using it!
