Custom location

Hi, I have another question that I don't know if it is hard or easy to answer. I don't know if this should be in General forum instead.

My question is, is it possible for me to add more places to place modules and code. I want to be able to put some ads to the left of the site or to the right of the site, or just both. I have been looking on the joomla extension library because I am not good at php or css code. If there is a tool or something like it that would be awesome.

If you could help me with this that would be great but if I have to do it by my self it will take alot longer:P

I don't think it's a good idea to put some ads banners there because it would overlay your main layout when someone uses a computer with narrow monitor to surf it.

Ok. I will try to find a way to nicely put it inside the frames.
