need some styling help when viewed on mobile device

i made a couple of css edits this afternoon ( knocked down the height of the logo a bit and adjusted the padding of the nav menu )... i just viewed it on my ipad ( from chrome and safari ) and the header looked like it was blown out for some reason... the site looks fine in safari, firefox and explorer on my laptop...

can someone take a look and let me know what might be going on...

Someone please take a look and let me know what the issue might be with the styling and why I am blowing out the site/s when viewed on a mobile device like an IPAD or Tablet. I've viewed at in multiple browsers on my IPAD ( FF and Safari )

The look fine on my laptop when viewed in Chrome, Explorer and Firefox... have some template file's been inadvertently deleted?

I haven't changed anything in the backend-- all I have done is tweak some of the styling for the logo...etc..
