Space above logo and below menu

I need to reduce the space above the logo and below the menu. Not sure how to change this?

hello, I did it, changing the template.css by using the "override.css" file with this code:

#gk-header {
margin-top: -23px;
}

remember to activate in templates settings the override.css if you don´t want to touch the template.css file.
