Hi, it seems that there is some issues with the default Joomla 2.5 com_contact layout, in the contact option, I choose to show contact in tabs but it is not showing correctly, see screenshot:
If you want to see it live, please first follow the link http://www.mauriestate.com/?padayachy=1 so that you can get access to the website as it is currently not available publicly.
After that, please go to the link http://www.mauriestate.com/advertiser-d ... state.html to the the contact layout.

An additional comment, it seems that even if I upload icons in com_contact configuration, these icons do not show on frontend contact page! I am sure that the template should at least work perfectly with default joomla components! Can you please get back to me urgently about this issue?

Hi Guys,
This is a default Joomla component, therefore, it should work without any issue! Can you please revert back to me about this issue as soon as possible? I need to use the com_contact as a user directory for my website, therefore it should work perfectly both in terms of display and functionality.

Hi
Please do not bump Your own thread. After each pumb Your question goes to the end of the line and need to wait longer for answer.
About contact. This is how it was designed, but You can always disable template's overrides by simply renaming /html/com_contact to /html/_com_contact.
But I think this style doesn't look so bad. The only thinkg I would change it so make tab titles display inline. To achieve that try adding this code to css:
If You will decide to try above code, please show me Your site before adding it. I believe it will not be the only addition to styling.

Hi
I cannot get throught Your compression. I've disabled template coompression, but I'm still seeing one compressed file with css not updated with my change. Anyway I think this is the code which would make it more tabs-like:
Can You please try it ?

Hi, sorry for the delay in my reply, the main reason is that we were going to use the com_contact feature with FlexiContent but the fact is that, as mention in another forum topic here, GK templates are not compatible at all with FlexiContent, therefore, to avoid wasting more time and also waiting more money in finding technical issues, we decided simply to cancel the use of FlexiContent but instead using ZOO from Yootheme which is far much more compatible with mostly all templates, including those of GK. Thanks anyway for the support and very good assistance. Our new website will soon be finished and we'll definitely add it in the forum as a reference for websites been designed using one of your templates, thank again.
