Mobile Layout showing Desktop? - Set to default

I have set all layout in template settings to "Default" but the site is coming up in mobile layout on my desktop computer. I would like to disable mobile layout and have the site come up in default layout on all devices.
What have I done wrong??

When I click on "Desktop Layout" it remains on the mobile layout??

Please check if the same is happening when joomla and template cache are disabled. If this is the problem I think it is I'll tell You the way to make it work correctly.

Yes - turning off joomla cache fixed it.

Ok. Than please use template cache instead. It's using joomla cache even if it's disabled but adding 2 lines of code to fix the problem You have.
