It is just me or does the quickstart install have something stopping the editor from displaying.
No matter what I do both joomla articvles and k2 are displaying in the back end with no editor despite setting jce as my editor.
Anyone else getting this or any solutions?
Cheers

hi teitbite!
... I'm working on tabs pixellove. When I write content for k2 and others I can not see the editor. In the configuration of joomla and the editor tells me that 'it is not running but when I write the contents ... how can I do?
i'm using mysql version 5.0

Wow, this took me forever to fix.
Finally found that I had to disable the Editor - TinyMCE plugin for JCE to work.
It seems that whatever the case, TinyMCE was just overriding it.
Maybe this can help someone facing similar issues.

Hi
Editors are stripping the <embed> code. Please try to lower editors security or disable editor for a moment and place this code in HTML.
