create account link not showing in login module

I have set user reg to yes in user>settings but still no "create account" link shows up in the login module.

I have set up a temp page:
http://www.kzkarate.com/index.php/student-portal

I hard coded a reg link in there for now, but this is clumsy and it also shows the "personal details" area of the registration, which i dont want to show. Is this a separate setting somewhere?

I believe it can be connected with user privilages. You should set allow to register to public. I had a similar problem and with this it was solved.

Hi. So this sounds like a good idea.. but where do i set this? new to 2.5 and am not sure where to make this setting. thanks
