Disabling Jcomments plugin

Hi,
How to disable the JComments plugin? I disable the System – Jcomments plugin but it's still active.

Imho that's now not jcomments but k2 comments

backend > k2 > settings > comments > deactivate it
backend > plugins > K2 - JComments > unpublish it

I don't have k2 > settings > comments > but k2 > comments. I don't have the K2 - JComments neither but

I figured it out
.
Components -> K2, On the toolbar, click the Parameters button,Select the Commenting tab,Global setting for comments:disable commenting for everyone
