League News Template Install Problem

Hi,

I want to install "gk_league_news_J!3.zip" on

PHP Version 5.5.18-nmm1
Web Server Apache
WebServer to PHP Interface apache2handler
Joomla! Version Joomla! 3.3.6 Stable [ Ember ] 01-October-2014 02:00 GMT

I get the following MSG

Are you sure you are installing template not quickstart?

Also - it might be some weird hosting permission problem.

yes definitely sure.
The Files is: gk_league_news_J!3.zip

Any other suggestions?
