Problem with advertising

At the top of my page few days ago appeared belt with advertising (Google AdSense). It has not been posted there by any of the administrators or hosting company (im using paid hosting home.pl which does not append ads.)

How do I delete an ad?

I'm afraid I cannot see it now, so I'm assuming You have fixed that. Our template does not add such functionality, so if it was not included there by hosting than I would blame one of the 3rd party extensions or even a hacking attempt.
I would start with updating everything to the latest version, removing unused extensions.
