Warning on pages

Hi I receive this warning on the pages, there is two and I'm not sure how to solve it

Hi

Please simply disable showing errors in global joomla configuration for server. This notices are showing only because the version of PHP You have was made after standards in programming has changed. Nothing to worry about.
