Captcha-recaptcha

The recaptcha is showing on the contact form but not on the Registration form (creative template)
I read the documentation you have and everything checked out well ...decided to inspect the elements saw the following error

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property 'innerHTML' of null recaptcha_ajax.js:174
Invalid App Id: Must be a number or numeric string representing the application id. all.js:54
FB.getLoginStatus() called before calling FB.init(). all.js:54
FB.getLoginStatus() called before calling FB.init(). all.js:54

I dont really know what to do ...Please help

I dont really know what to do ...Please help

It has been a day since I have requested a solution for this issue no one has attempted to help me from the gavick team.....????????
