Lack of menu in mobile version

I've disabled the template menu because I'm using another module for it.
But now there's no menu when looking mobile...

Is there a way to only enable the template menu when looking mobile?

please enable our menu again and try add to override.css

and remember to enable override.css option in template settings.

Well I tried this and still the menu appears on the desktop site.
So what I actually want is the template to only appear on the mobile version.
