Dear Sir,
I set a quickstart of fashion template for Joomla 3 and received at the output of a lot of errors.
How to solve this problem?

Please edit your php.ini file and change following setting and then restart apache.

I can do so on my local machine.
But mistakes are not going anywhere on it.
The hosting provider can be a very principled about it and refuse to turn off the display of errors.
And what then?

These are not errors, they are notices. if you check joomla requirements you will see that this needs to be turned off. Error logs will still add these notices in the file but they will not be displayed on screen.
