G+ verification

Hey i have your template running on www.jags.in

we are just setting up our google+ and its asking us to add this code
<a href="https://plus.google.com/110980639476820525772" rel="publisher">Google+</a>

to the website homepage.

could someone tel me where i can find the html file to put it in or do i go to the template manager in joomal and put in css override or wtvr.

There are no html files

You need to add code to template/layout/default.php where you can find main template HTML structure.
