Side Bar Width change

Hi,
i have some trouble with Side Bar Width. At Home : the sidebar has normal width n image(width : 300px) appear nomaly. But when at other than home page (news n other) the sidebar width is change (lessthan 300px), that is impact the image display at side bar(cropped).

Is it normal?(Template default setting), how to change sidebar width to same width at all page?
