Mobile menu as Quark

Hello,
I would like menu in this template (M) Social same as the template Quark. Only for display on mobile phones and tablets. What files do I need to adjust?

HI,
it won't be simple, because it request lots of customization, which officially we don't support.
But I think I know one solution use PM which may help.

On your place if you're not a php developer I wouldn't touch template core files.
But if you like...
