A problem occurred while posting in Facebook page. I manage another FB page with different theme and I dont have such a problem there. Suggestions?

We still have problems with encoding, we get ugly symbols while posting in Facebook
I've changed permalinks to custom and this seemed to help.
But the issue еncountered again from time to time. Not all posts are affected.
One example - http://economix.bg/moratoriuma-t-za-zemyata
FB debugger reports invalid Open Graph tags.
I've read that converting all my template files to UTF-8 without BOM (with Notepad++) would solve this. But I'm not sure

Hi,
First of all, please try to disable HTML compression.

I checked FB debugger and there are 2 warning, but the are not connected with the problem.
Check this. Open graphs are correct. So it's for sure problem with UTF-8 encoding. Maybe your page contains some characters which do not map to UTF-8 charset.
Try this method with UTF without BOM, but remember about full backup.
