How to install Quickinstall package

So I downloaded the quickinstall package and uploaded the files to the directory and when I browse to the site to set up the wpconfig file, I get nothing except the generic domain parked site.
Please help!

Did you unzip quickstart package first? you have to upload wp-content,wp-themes,wp-admin directories and rest of files like wp-config.php, wp-login.php etc. to your server and then open URL www.yourdomain.

Yes, I unzipped and uploaded via ftp. I have the following files in there:
wp-admin
wp-content
wp-includes
index.php
wp-activate.php
wp-activate.zip
wp-blog header.php
wp-comments-post.php
wp-config-sample.php
wp-cron.php

When I navigate to mydomain.com I get the "parked" domain page.

So, you probably uploaded files into wrong place, or you have some problem with your domain.
