Login URL ? Can I change the login URL?

In basic sttings part there is part "Login URL" ? Can I change the login URL?

Hi,

When you enable this option then option called "Login URL" will appear.

Option "Login URL" enables the login link in the top part of the template, the option which appears when the "Login URL" option is enabled defined where this link leads
