PLEASE HELP ME, ARE OR NOT NOTHING

Which version of the News theme are you using? And what did you do earlier, before these errors ?

1.2.4 first and then refresh to 1.3.1 before upgrading but since sent me this error, I was working with widgets, and I was the Internet in an instruction to send and appeared that, and delete the template from my cpanel, and I went back to install but nothing happened, I keep the settings and I still see the error, so do not know if I have to delete everything from database or if there way to recover my current installation or I have to delete it everything and install it again from 0 or wordpress, and also in what goes gk_news_quickstart_WP3.6 file and try to install but it says error not found please help style.css file,

I don't understand, you removed template from cPanel? you mean from Dashboard? Maybe try to install quickstart package again or send me a PM with your backend and FTP access, then i'll be able to help you..
