Problem with module News Show Pro GK5 - video list

Hi

I am presenting a problem with this module in news2 template in mode video list.
The list of videos shown, but not the Thumbnail images are displayed.
I Reinstall the module in joomla but there is no way the thumbnails are displayed.
I need your help, please.
