On when navigating on Chrome (last version), I see all content duplicated (see attached file)
How to solve it?

Are You using regular joomla articles ? If yes please edit /html/com_content/article/default.php and remove everythging between <gavern:mobile></gavern:mobile> (with mentioned lines included) and also lines with <gavern:desktop> and </gavern:desktop>
