Not able to upgrade template and joomla

Hi.

1. I am no longer able to change slides in Image Show GK4.

2. I am not able to upgrade joomla version.

3. I am not able to install upgrade of the template.

4. Do you have any plans to upgrade this template into a responsive version?

It looks like problems with hosting itself. Please verify if you have rights to modify files and database.

eSport is pretty old template and most likely there is going to be new template which represents similar style than eSports gets RWD update.

Sorry but we don't provide such support for users without VIP access. You should contact with you hosting company's support and ask them whats wrong.

I don't think the problem with GK4 has anything to do with the hosting company. I have had this problem in the past on another site have and you guys helped fixing it.

Have you tried same solution?
Perhaps reinstalling of the module will help. Also you might try clear browser cache.
